Dylan Stang
President
Dylan is an experienced property manager that has specialized in HOA management since 2017. He founded SHW with a single goal in mind - utilize modern systems to separate SHW from any other property management company in the greater Kansas City metro area. Using his skills and experience, Dylan’s mission is to provide an unmatched customer experience by implementing the latest technologies to not only benefit the communities under management, but also allow managers to be on site more frequently to ensure SHW can anticipate client needs.
When Dylan began his career in property management, he quickly gained the trust of Board of Directors by meticulously analyzing all aspects of each association under his management. As a result, he became the senior manager for a local firm early in his career. Dylan is a member of the Community Association Institute and is in the process of becoming an accredited manager as one of the very few in the Kansas City area.
Adam Ward
Operations Manager
Adam Ward has spent over the last 20 years in providing excellent customer experience. Adam enjoys helping clients find the best solution possible to the variety of concerns and questions he deals with on a daily basis.
Adam also has experience in rental properties and property management; he enjoys taking on new challenges and is looking forward to being part of the growth here at SHW Management.
